Collaboration with Alfdex in developing a prototype

Alfdex was founded in 2002 by the two Swedish companies Alfa Laval and Haldex. In 2011, Concentric took over Haldex's holding of Alfdex shares and the two global companies now own Alfdex AB 50/50. Both owners contribute to Alfdex's success through extensive knowledge and experience in their fields.

Alfa Laval is a leading global supplier of specialized products and technical solutions in separation, heat transfer and fluid handling. Concentric is a global company specializing in fluid dynamics and fluid power technologies with the goal of providing better fuel economy, reduced emissions, vehicle control and productivity in trucks, buses, and off-road vehicles. Alfdex bases its solutions on these key technologies. This makes Alfdex the world leader in its niche and they serve large customers all over the world from their headquarters in Landskrona in southwestern Sweden.

Be-Ge Stece AB has, in close collaboration with the engineers at Alfdex, developed a prototype for a new improved product which will now be tested. This component is part of a solution to clean exhaust gases from diesel engines. Close collaboration and efficient prototyping meant that it took only three weeks from order to delivery of 200 prototypes.
